Yes, all potential tenants are asked for two references in considering their application.

4) I am a first time buyer, are there any incentives for me to purchase?
northerngroup understand that in the current market many first time buyers are finding it difficult to get a step up on to the property ladder. Accordingly we may be able to offer shared ownership schemes which release the burden for buyers.
5) I've seen a northerngroup property I want to buy off plan, what do I do next?
Once you've decided to you want to take the plunge and buy a home, you will need to pay a small reservation fee to secure your property, typically £1000. You then have 28 days to arrange a solicitor to arrange the signing of your contract and pay a deposit of 10% of the value of the property. You can then sit back and dream of moving into your new home whilst we get on with the process of building it for you. The balance is only due when you're ready to move in.
