northerngroup are pleased to announce that the main contract for their luxury canal-side development, Flint Glass Wharf, has been awarded to Midlands based Linford Group.

Construction of the 136 apartment new build scheme is expected to begin in earnest at the beginning of September. This will be the latest in a series of North West contracts for Linford, the company having recently completed the restoration of the neo gothic St John Rylands library on Deansgate and currently in the final stages of the Steam Mill residential development in Chester. North West regional director Paul Baines said:
