The icey economic climate, and temperature of late, hasn't put a freeze on construction of northerngroup's Ice Plant scheme in Ancoats Village, which is currently weeks ahead of schedule. The steel framework which will form the basis of the new-build blocks which front Blossom Street, Loom Street and Sherratt Street is currently being constructed and is due for completion at the end of this month.
 

The unique scheme which involves the conversion of the Grade II Listed Ice Plant building, a former Ice Making factory, will comprise 82 stylish apartments and 10,000 sq ft of commercial space and is due for completion in spring / summer 2010.  The Ice Plant is located opposite a new public square and is within a stone's throw of the northern quarter. For further information please click here or call Sara Swales on 0161 605 0882
