Our dedicated serviced office centre, The Flint Glass Works, has recently undergone a transformation in the reception area. Whilst retaining the rustic and industrial warehouse features, our development team have put a contemporary twist on the theme with new WC and kitchen facilities, LCD screens and a bespoke reception waiting area.

Externally, the building now benefits from a new look entrance together with illuminated signage making The Flint Glass Works one of the most prominent office locations in Ancoats. To the rear, we now offer a decked area with seating which offers the opportunity for occupiers to sit outside and enjoy the winter chill!

The basement is currently being transformed to provide a further "break out" area and meeting room space. Works are expected to be complete early in the New Year.
