Steps to secure your new home


1. Arrange a viewing by completing the web enquiry form, specifying property that you are interested in or contact the residential team direct on:

2. A member of our property team will conduct a viewing.

3. If the property meets your search criteria, we will ask you complete an 'application form' and send to northerngroup, together with a (non refundable) cheque for £100 made payable to 'Barkbeech Limited' for the application admin / credit check fee.

4. A credit check will then be carried out on you using the details supplied on your application form. If your application is successful, you will be contacted by the residential team to confirm that you still intend on taking the property.

5. Contracts (AST agreement) are drawn up and signed together with a standing order mandates.
One months rent is collected along with a suitable form of identification (copy of passport, driving licence or birth certificate)

6. One of our team will meet you at the property to complete a formal 'check in' report and hand over keys

Rent is paid in advance on the first of the month.
Deposits are held in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme not with the Landlord.
